Spiced bircher muesli recipe
This simple bircher muesli with cardamom yoghurt provides the perfect start to the day.

DIFFICULTY SUPER EASY
3 fresh dates, pitted, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom, plus extra to sprinkle
150g tub Vaalia Probiotic Yoghurt French Vanilla
1/4 cup muesli, plus extra to sprinkle
Combine dates, orange juice and muesli in a small bowl. Mix cardamom through yoghurt.
Spoon half of date mixture into a jar or serving bowl. Top with half of yoghurt mixture. Repeat layers. Finish with a sprinkle of extra muesli and cardamom if you like.
