However, we've got some questions.<br />First of all, you haven't written how much water to add to the syrup. You only mention the sugar and the 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Obviously without water it will be a caramel, not a syrup. So how much water?<br /><br />Also, the kataifi on the bottom of the pan bakes for 10 minutes until golden brown, the one on top - 90 minutes. Won't the one on top burn?
