Ingredients:
500g skinless chicken breast and cut into cubes
¾ skimmed yogurt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
10 mashed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon capsicum.
1 teaspoon low sodium salt
1 teaspoon oregano
Instructions:
1. Add in a bowl, yogurt, oil, vinegar, mashed garlic, tomato paste, capsicum, salt, and oregano:mix well all the ingredients together until it becomes homogeneous.
2. Then add chicken to the bowl and mix again, and cover it and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
3. Take the bowl from the fridge and thread the chicken in skewers and cook it on preheated grill until the chicken is completely cooked from each side.
