Ingredients

6 small flat breads or tortillas , halved
1 tub houmous
12 ready-made falafel , halved
6-12 small pickled chillies (from Middle Eastern delis and larger supermarkets)
a small bunch flat-leaf parsley , roughly chopped
1 lemon , halved
12 chives (optional)

Method

Lay the flat bread halves on a work surface. Spread 1/2tsp houmous on each and put two halves of falafel one above the other in the centre of each.
Add a pickled chilli, then scatter on parsley and squeeze over some lemon juice. Roll each into a cone, then tie with a chive to secure.
