Apple Peach and Basil Smoothie Recipe


Start your day off on the right foot with this fruity smoothie.

This smoothie is loaded with fiber and vitamins, making it a nutritious breakfast option. Apples contain a lot of fiber and vitamins, while peaches contain helpful amounts of vitamin C.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups milk
1 apple, sliced
1 peach, sliced

1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup basil leaves

Directions

Blend ingredients until smooth.

Yields 2 cups.
