Knafeh Balls |
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
1/2 kilo knafeh dough
1/4 cup butter
1 can skimmed sweetened milk
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup strawberries, mashed
1 lemon, lemon zest
Directions
Cut Kunafa and rub it with butter. Bake it until golden brown.
Mix the milk with strawberries and lemon zest. Stir gently with cream then freeze.
Make balls from the frozen mixture then cover it with the baked knafeh. Serve
