2 onions, thin slices
½ tsp cardamom, powder
¼ tsp cinnamon, powder
¼ tsp clove, powder
¼ tsp white pepper, crushed
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin, powder
1 Tbsp Tahini sauce
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp tomato paste
Salt and pepper
• Rub onions in salt and pepper.
• Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, add onions.
• Marinate chicken, cover and refrigerate for minimum 3 hours up to 2 days.
N.B. (this amount is suitable to marinate ½ Kg chicken, cut into julienne)
