The Ingredients for this recipe:
Chicken breast cut into strips (500 grams)
Ingredients for the chicken marinade:

Step by step instructions for making the recipe:
Let's start by marinating the chicken
We cut chicken breast into strips, about (500 grams), and marinate it with the following ingredients:
Two tbsps of vinegar
One tsp each of salt, cumin, and paprika, and half a tsp black pepper, one one fourth of a tsp of turmeric
We then let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes
While the chicken is marinating, we wash two cups of basmati rice and soak it for 20 minutes
After the soaking time has ended, we start cooking the rice.
We first drain the water from the rice and then, in a pot, we pour a little bit of canola or vegetable oil and add the rice and fry it for a little bit
Then, we add the following ingredients:
Half a tsp of salt and one tsp of vegetable bouillon
Bay leaves
Three cups of water
We now cook it over high heat until the amount of water decreases
Then, we cook it over low heat for another 25 minutes
Let's now start cooking the chicken
In a nonstick pan, we pour a little bit of vegetable or canola oil and sear the chicken breast
We then add the following ingredients:

Carrots (120 grams)
