potato omelet with eggs

Potato omelet is an easy and delicious appetizer that is prepared quickly and can be eaten as a main meal for dinner or as an appetizer for lunch besides your main dish which is very easy. It consists of potatoes, parsley, onions, garlic and spices and then fry the mixture until it becomes crispy and served.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Total time: 25 minutes


½ kilo boiled potatoes and peeled
1 cup finely chopped parsley
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons red chili pepper
2 teaspoons seven spices
2 teaspoons ground coriander
½ cup chopped green onions (or white onions)
4 cloves garlic mashed
5 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon flour
frying oil


1. After we boil and peel the potatoes, put them in a bowl and stir well until smooth.

2. Add the onion and parsley and stir.

3. Add the eggs, baking powder, flour, garlic, spices, salt, seven spices, ground coriander and hot red pepper and stir until well combined.

4. Protect the frying oil well and fry the mixture in the form of balls or tablets to taste until golden and crispy.

5. Drain well from the oil and put in the serving dish and the potato omelette is ready.
