Amazing 3 layers chocolate cake

Ingredients
Cake preparation:
4 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
10 tablespoons of sugar
10 tablespoons of oil
10 tablespoons of milk
10 tablespoons of flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa
A tablespoon of baking powder
1 tsp salt
To impregnate the cake:
A cup of milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa
Cream preparation:
1 cup of powdered milk
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of cocoa
3 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of starch
1 tsp of vanilla
4 cups of water
50 g butter
1 cup of cold whipping cream
Chocolate ganache preparation:
120 grams of chocolate
120 g whipping cream
Method
1. In a bowl, add eggs and vanilla. Whisk until the mixture is foamy and light in color. Add sugar and mix for two minutes until creamy. Add oil, whisk, add liquid milk, and whisk. The liquid mixture is ready.
2. Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Add half the amount to the liquid mixture and stir well, then add the remaining amount and mix until the mixture is homogeneous without any lumps.
3. Spread the mixture in a 24x35 cm tray greased with butter and flour.
4. Bake at (180 C) degrees for 25-30 minutes.
5. To prepare the cake impregnation: In a small bowl add milk, cocoa and sugar and mix well.
6. Use a wooden stick or a fork to pierce the cake, then pour the mixture over the cake.
7. Cream preparation: In a saucepan add milk, sugar, cocoa, flour, starch, and vanilla, then mix them. Add 4 cups of water, then mix them while cold.
8. Put the pot on a high to medium fire until the mixture is heavy, then reduce the heat, add the butter, and stir until it melts and the mixture comes to a boil, then turn off the heat.
9. Pour the mixture into a plate and let it cool down at room temperature, then put it in the fridge for an hour.
10. Take it out of the fridge and mix it with an electric mixer, then add the whipping cream and mix well until it is homogeneous.
11. Spread the cream over the cake, then put the cake in the fridge for 3 hours.
12. Preparing the chocolate ganache: In a microwave dish, add chocolate and whipping cream. Put the dish in the microwave for 30 seconds and let it cool down.
13. Spread the chocolate ganache over the cream.
14. Decorate with chocolate vermicelli, then cut and serve.
