Ingredients
White Cheese: 1 Cup, Small Cubes
Green Thyme Leaves: 1 Cup
Olive Oil: 2 TBSP
Egg Yolk: 1
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
Sesame: 1 TSP
Nigella Seeds: 1 TSP
10 Minute Dough
Directions
1. Put the white cheese in a deep bowl.
2. Add green thyme and olive oil.
3. Roll out the dough and cut it into equal-sized circles.
4. Spread the filling.
5. Close it tightly to form balls of equal size.
6. Grease an oven tray with oil, put the pies in it, beat the egg yolk with a pinch of salt and black pepper and brush the top of the pies.
7. Decorate with sesame and neggila seeds, and bake for 20 minutes at 480 F. Serve hot or warm.
