  1. Fantastic video! I love chick peas and I'm always looking for more ways to use them. This dish is beautiful and I do want to try it. However... can I ask a few questions?
    1. Is there a suggested time to let this sit so that the bread absorbs the liquid?
    2. Should you let it sit in the fridge or at room temp?
    3. Also, what temp should it be served for best taste?

    Thank you very much.

  2. I am glad that you like chick peas (hummus), it's really tasty and in our region Lebanon, Jordan and Syria it is served in five star restaurants and regular ones.

    Answers to questions:
    1. About one minute is enough for the bread to absorb the liquid.
    2. let it set at room temp. But any remaining food can be kept in the frig because it can be eaten both ways worm or cold it's great.
    3. For best Taste, serve immediately.

    Enjoy.
