Make Moroccan-spiced chicken

The Lebanese Recipes Kitchen (The home of delicious Lebanese Recipes and Middle Eastern food recipes) invites you to read  this article about Make Moroccan-spiced chicken.

Add that extra oomph to your chicken with this simple marinade.

Step 1: Sprinkle a little salt on your chopping board before chopping garlic. This stops the board absorbing garlic flavours.

Step 2: The pith can be bitter, so use a small sharp knife to remove it from the lime rind.

Step 3: Marinate meat in a glass or ceramic bowl. Acids in a marinade, such as lime juice, can react with a metal bowl and taint the flavours of the food.
