Three tips for white chocolate wafers

The Lebanese Recipes Kitchen (The home of delicious Lebanese Recipes and Middle Eastern food recipes) invites you to read this article about Three tips for white chocolate wafers.

Step 1: Draw discs on baking paper. Place, pencil-side down, on the tray so the pencil doesn't rub onto the wafers.

Step 2: For a thin, even layer, use a palette knife spread the chocolate mixture over the discs.

Step 3: Don't cook more than 2 wafers at a time - you need to quickly roll them after cooking before they set.
