Three tips for white chocolate wafers

Paper thin and crunchy, our chocolate wafers are great alongside berry parfaits.
Step 1: Draw discs on baking paper. Place, pencil-side down, on the tray so the pencil doesn't rub onto the wafers.
Step 2: For a thin, even layer, use a palette knife spread the chocolate mixture over the discs.
Step 3: Don't cook more than 2 wafers at a time - you need to quickly roll them after cooking before they set.
