Spinach Salad Recipe
Try this easy and quick salad which is really rich in nutrients for all members of your family!
Preparation Time: 15 minutes approximately
Serves: 4 persons
All you need
2 bunches fresh spinach
1 small onion chopped
1/4 cup walnut chopped
Salt to taste
al alali Ground White Pepper to taste
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil
- Wash spinach, chop and dry
- In a bowl, mix salt, al alali Ground White Pepper to taste, lemon juice, olive oil and sumac
- Add onions, chopped walnut to the spinach, pour the prepared mixture and mix well
- Serve and enjoy!
