Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/2 cup semolina
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 egg
vanilla
1/3 cup castor sugar
baking powder
butter
pistachio
cold sugar Syrup (Ater)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180C . Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Mix butter, sugar in an electric mixer with a dough hook then add egg and vanilla. Add yogurt and mix.
Mix flour, semolina and baking powder. Gradually add mixture to the electric mixer.
Form the dough and place it in the tray. Garnish each biscuit with pistachio.
Bake biscuits until golden and tops are just firm to touch.
Pour cold sugar syrup over hot biscuits. Serve
