Crispy Cheese Triangles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour

  • ½ cup warm water

  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • Triangle cheese or any cheese of your choice for filling

  • Oil for frying

Preparation:

  1. Dissolve the yeast with the sugar and warm water, and let it sit for 10 minutes to activate.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and knead until you get a soft dough.

  3. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

  4. Roll out the dough and cut it into circles.

  5. Fill each circle with cheese and fold it into a triangle shape.

  6. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
