Crispy Cheese Triangles
Ingredients:

2 cups flour

½ cup warm water

1 teaspoon instant yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

½ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons oil

Triangle cheese or any cheese of your choice for filling

Oil for frying
Preparation:

Dissolve the yeast with the sugar and warm water, and let it sit for 10 minutes to activate.

Add the remaining ingredients and knead until you get a soft dough.

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough and cut it into circles.

Fill each circle with cheese and fold it into a triangle shape.
