Green Pasta with Soujouk |
Add a green bright color to your dining table with this green pasta, especially when you add “Soujouk” to feel the Arabic flavor!
Preparation Time: 15minutes approximately
Cooking Time: 20 minutes approximately
Serves: 2-3 persons
All you need
300g al alali Spaghetti #3
6-8 long soujouk
2/4 cup fresh basil leafs
1 cup boiled spinach drained & chopped
1 tsp. mashed garlic
1 tbsp. al alali Onion Flakes
2 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. al alali Ground White Pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1 1/2 fresh liquid cream
1 tbsp. al alali Oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cubes al alali Chicken Stock
Directions
- Cut soujouk into medium pieces, cook in a pot at medium heat with oil, spices, al alali Oregano, salt and al alali Onion Flakes. Sauté until soujouk is fried.
- Prepare the green sauce by mixing basil leafs with spinach and garlic in a blender until smooth. Add the fresh liquid cream and half the quantity of cheese.
- Prepare al alali Spaghetti in boiling water with al alali Chicken Stock, Cook on medium heat for 8 minutes, drain, add the green sauce, the fried soujouk and one cup from the water from cooked spaghetti.
- Place in a serving plate, sprinkle the remaining of the parmesan cheese.
- Serve and enjoy!
