Shish Barak and Noodle Soup

Shish Barak and Noodle Soup from Saudi Arabia cuisine.

Ingredients:
  • 6 cups or 1500ml water
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Spring Season Soup
  • 200g readymade shish barak
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
Preparation:
  1. Add water, tomato paste, and MAGGI Spring Season Soup to a large saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, then add shish barak and simmer for 5 minutes, or until shish barak are cooked.
  3. Garnish with chopped coriander, then serve.
Cooking tip: when using frozen shish barak, cook shish barak for 7-8 minutes, or until shish barak are cooked.

Serving Tip: Serve plain yogurt with this soup.
