Enjoy this ultimate East Mediterranean recipe for mouthwatering chicken liver.

Cooking Time: 40 minutes approximately
Serves: 4 persons
All you need
1 kg chicken liver
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. al alali Ground Cinnamon
1 tbsp. al alali Ground Black Pepper
3 bay leaves
4 tbsps. pomegranate molasses
3 lemons
1 tbsp. al alali Garlic Powder
1 tsp. al alali Hot Sauce
Directions
- Wash the chicken liver thoroughly, set aside for about 30 minutes
- In a bowl, marinate liver with salt and all the spices, set aside for another 30 minutes
- In a large flat pan, heat half cup of vegetable oil. Add bay leaves followed by the chicken liver, cover the pan. Cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Remove the lid, simmer until water dries
- When liver turns crispy, add pomegranate molasses glaze
- Squeeze lemon juice, mix with al alali Garlic Powder and al alali Hot Sauce
- Serve and enjoy every bite of the chicken with the sauce!
