Christmas crackles recipe

The kids will love helping to make these rice bubble treats which have the flavours and colours of Christmas.
INGREDIENTS
70g (2 cups) rice bubbles
100g (1/2 cup) caster sugar
45g (1/2 cup) desiccated coconut
2/3 cup Sunbeam Mixed Fruit
125g copha
95g (1/2 cup) choc bits
METHOD
Step 1 Combine the rice bubbles, sugar, coconut and mixed fruit in a large bowl.
Step 2 Place copha in a saucepan over medium heat until melted. Add copha and choc bits to rice-bubbles mixture and stir to combine.
Step 3 Spoon mixture into 16 patty pans lined with paper cases. Place in the fridge to set.
