Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter

250 g minced lamb

1 small onion or 100 g, finely chopped

¼ cup brown rice or 50 g

7 cups water or 1750 ml

½ tablespoon tomato paste

1 sachet MAGGI® 11 Vegetables Soup

pinch of ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Melt butter in a large saucepan, add and cook lamb and onion on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.

Add brown rice, water and tomato paste. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer covered for 30 minutes.

Add MAGGI® 11 Vegetables Soup and simmer for more 10 minutes.

Season with pepper and serve.
