Toss the cubed Everyday Value lamb with the Everyday Value garlic, Everyday Value lemon juice, a little oil and salt and Everyday Value pepper and leave to marinate for up to 30 minutes.

Ingredients

500g Everyday Value lamb fillet or leg steak, cut into 2cm cubes
2 Everyday Value garlic cloves, crushed
juice of ½ Everyday Value lemon
olive oil
salt
Everyday Value pepper
16 cherry tomatoes
16 large sage leaves

Directions:

Toss the cubed Everyday Value lamb with the Everyday Value garlic, Everyday Value lemon juice, a little oil and salt and Everyday Value pepper and leave to marinate for up to 30 minutes.

Thread the lamb onto skewers, alternating with the tomatoes and sage leaves. Sprinkle a little seasoning over. Cook over hot embers for 8-10 minutes until the lamb is rose pink inside and charred outside.
