Grilled Tuna Kofta in Spicy Sauce |
All you need
700g al alali White Tuna Slices in Water, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup al alali Parsley Flakes
1/4 tsp. al alali Ground Black Pepper
2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
For the spicy sauce:
1 small onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, round slices
3 tbsps. coriander leaves, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
1/4 tsp. al alali White Ground Pepper
1/4 tsp. al alali Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. al alali Chili Powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
100 g al alali Pieces & Stems Mushrooms
1 medium tomato, diced
1 sachet al alali Bolognaise Mix
3 cups water
Directions
- In a bowl, mix minced tuna with onions, parsley and al alali Ground Black Pepper
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into finger shapes using your hands
- Grill the tuna fingers with olive oil on medium heat for 5-6 minutes from all sides until cooked. Set aside
- In a saucepan, mix onion, garlic, coriander, green bell pepper, spices, mushrooms, tomatoes, bolognaise mix and water. Cook over medium heat until boil, simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
- Gently add the grilled tuna kofta fingers to the sauce. Simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
