1.50 kg Chicken breast, cubes
100.00 ml Knorr Corn Oil
1.00 kg Basmati rice
500.00 g Carrots, grated
80.00 g Green pepper، sliced
500.00 g Knorr Tomato Pronto
500.00 g Onions, chopped
30.00 g Garlic, minced
5.00 g Cumin powder
5.00 g Coriander powder
5.00 g White pepper
150.00 g Butter
50.00 g Roasted Pine nuts
2.00 g Cardamom, green
1.00 g Saffron
2.00 g Cinnamon powder
3.00 g Ground allspice
3.00 g Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder
30.00 g Knorr Chicken Bouillon Powder
1.50 l Hot Water
20.00 ml Knorr Chicken Liquid Concentrate Bouillon

700.00 g Knorr Tomato Pronto
500.00 ml Water
10.00 g Red chilli, dried
10.00 g Knorr Chicken Bouillon Powder


1. For the sauce, take a large sauce pan mix Knorr Tomato Pronto with dried red chili, Knorr Chicken Bouillon Powder and water, simmer for 30 minutes. Season to taste
2. In a large casserole pot fry off the Chicken in Knorr Corn Oil gradually adding the spices.
3. Add onions, garlic, carrots, Knorr Tomato Pronto, green peppers and gently cook for 10 minutes.
4. Next add the 1.5L of water combined with Knorr Chicken Bouillon Powder and rice. Cook on med to low heat for 30min.
5. Finish off the dish by stirring in the Knorr Concentrated Chicken Bouillon and serve.
