Try this recipe and enjoy a unique form of small bundles of pastry stuffed with pasta, vegetables and meat. It can be a snack or a side dish on your dining table!

All you need
1 pack puff pastry (10 dough square)
2 cups al alali Pasta no. 56
1 can al alali Garden Peas
1 can al alali Sweet Corn
2 carrots diced and boiled
3 cubes al alali Chicken Stock
1/4 Kg Mutton or beef small cubes
2 tbsps. Pine-seed fried with oil
2 tbsps. almonds fried with oil
2 tbsps. al alali Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tbsp. al alali Ground White Pepper
1 small onion finely chopped
2 tbsps. al alali Full Cream Milk Powder
1/2 cup white flour
Directions
- Cook al alali Pasta as per directions mentioned on the pack. Drain and mix with olive oil. Set aside
- In a pot, place the meat and cook on medium heat, mix, until water evaporates.
- Add al alali Cinnamon, al alali Chicken Stock and pepper, simmer until meat is cooked
- Add al alali Sweet Corn and Sweet Peas to the meat, mix well. Add carrots, pine-seeds, almond, pasta, onion. Mix well
- Spread the dough, add flour
- Place the dough in a small bowl; add 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the middle of the dough, brush with milk. Bake at low heat for 20 minutes until dough color become golden
- Serve with yoghurt and enjoy!
